Water School: Read-in

Wednesday, Feb. 06, 2019    12–2pm

Bring your own book, or choose from one of the hundreds in the Water School library, and read with us as we explore the ways that water and environmental sustainability are important to us as individuals and as a community. Share your voice with the MSU Writing Center as they collect your sustainable stories.

Water teaches us, and we can learn from it through communal engagement. Throughout this exhibition, Oscar Tuazon’s Water School will be “in session” with a curriculum of social interaction that explores issues including water and lands rights, sustainability, and community. These programs will take various forms where we will practice making sustainable choices while creating art, all with the intention of bringing the community together in shared experiences. Contact bamedu@msu.edu to share an idea for the Water School.
