Interested in experimenting with different art materials in hands-on art-making? Join us for a free making workshop with guest artist and librarian Jane Reiter!
Create DIY simple books with recycled materials, paper, tape and thread! We have everything you will need to make your own books, but feel free to bring any materials of your own, such as buttons, magazine pages, or photos. No previous experience is necessary. Children 10+ are welcome with adult supervision.

Simple Books II is part of the Community Open Call, an experimental platform that invites the community to become a central figure in the planning process for the arts and cultural programming offered at the MSU Broad Art Lab.
