Printmaking Workshop: Autumn Shapes and Layers

Saturday, Oct. 17, 2020    2–5pm

As the seasons change, we’ll explore monotype printmaking while producing eye-catching, layered prints that use the natural shapes, textures, and colors of fall. Monoprints are unlike most other printmaking methods, due to their unique, non-repeatable qualities. You'll learn to use Gelli plates to roll out ink, use cut-paper stencils for masking, and experiment with the beautiful qualities of trace-monotype drawing. This workshop is led by Art Lab Educator Britta Urness.

Registration for this online event is required. Cost of registration ($65) covers instruction and all materials. The registration deadline is October 12, 2020. Register here.

This online event will take place on Zoom.
