Michigan Global Roots Music Festival

The fifth annual Michigan Global Roots Music Festival is making another stop at the MSU Broad. This multi-city festival invites families to immerse themselves in music from around the world, including the Middle East, Eastern Europe, world jazz, and Celtic. This year's line-up includes regional guitar virtuoso Elden Kelly with Rhode Island-based accordion phenom Cory Pesaturo + Boston-based Jazz Sax icon Tucker Antell; international touring musician and African dance and music instructor Samuel Nalangira, hammered dulcimer virtuoso Doug Berch, and world percussionist Carolyn Koebel, accompanying in various idioms. 

Held at the Art Lab, located directly across the street from the museum at 565 E Grand River Ave., East Lansing, MI 48823.
