One artwork. One guest. One theme. In January, we’ll look at the artwork Recovery by artist Beverly Fishman. Philosopher Morgan Shipley, Foglio Endowed Chair of Spirituality, will join us for this unconventional tour discussing our individual and collective search for solace around the globe. Pre-registration for this free, online event is encouraged.

This monthly tour series offers a close look at one work of art on view at the MSU Broad Art Museum. Join Director of Education, Michelle Word, on Facebook Live as she talks with an invited expert who will bring their unique perspectives and knowledge to the conversation, sharing relevant cultural, scientific, and historical context that brings into focus the artwork’s timely themes.
