FOCUS TOUR: Saving Seeds

Wednesday, Feb. 24, 2021    4–5pm

One artwork. One guest. One theme. In February, we’ll look at The Palestine Heirloom Seed Library featured in Seeds of Resistance. Seed keeper Bevin Cohen of Small House Farm in Michigan will join for this unconventional tour to foreground the importance of seed preservation.

This monthly tour series offers a close look at one work of art on view at the MSU Broad. Join our Director of Education Michelle Word as she talks with an invited expert who will bring their unique perspectives and knowledge to the conversation, sharing relevant cultural, scientific, and historical context that brings into focus the artwork’s timely themes.

This is a Facebook Live event. Tune in here
