Join artist Caroline Monnet and Assistant Curator Georgia Erger for a discussion of Monnet’s exhibition Bridging Distance, comprising the film Transatlantic and accompanying sculptural installation Correspondences. These works immerse viewers in a journey that plumbs the personal, colonial, industrial, and economic relationships between Europe and North America that have shaped Great Lakes’ communities.
