Have you ever wondered where to start when confronted with a blank canvas? Are you interested in abstraction but not quite sure how to get there? In this workshop, discover how observation can inform the creative process. Participants will study still life scenes through gestural and contour drawing and use the resulting sketches to create an abstract painting. Cost of registration ($40) covers instruction and materials. This workshop is led by Michigan-based painter EH Sherman.
